Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
Human Benchmark is built on a local-first architecture. Your cognitive test data never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, how it's stored, and the control you have over it.
1Data Collection & Local-First Philosophy
Human Benchmark values your privacy. We do not require personal identification to play or test your skills. All test performance metrics — reaction times, memory scores, typing WPM, sequence levels, and historical charts — are saved directly on your device using your browser's local storage (localStorage).
No test results, personal data, or behavioral analytics are transmitted to our servers or any third parties. Your cognitive performance data is private by design.
2Cookies and Tracking
We do not use invasive tracking cookies or third-party behavioral profiling technologies. Local storage is strictly utilized to persist user settings (such as dark mode preferences, sound toggles, and test configuration) and benchmark history.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking scripts. No fingerprinting techniques are employed.

5Third-Party Services
Our website may use Google Fonts for typography delivery. Google Fonts are loaded via HTTPS from Google's CDN. We do not control Google's data practices for font delivery; please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
No other third-party services are integrated for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes.
6Children's Privacy
Human Benchmark does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since all data is stored locally and we do not require account registration, no personal data is transmitted to us from any user, regardless of age.
